We welcome referrals to our services
All referrals will be assessed in order to establish what care and support needs the person has and how we are able to meet them. We endeavour to respond to referrals within 72 hours.
We accept referrals from various agencies, such as:
Birmingham City Council and other Local Authorities
Social workers
Shelter
Community mental health teams
Early Intervention Services
GP services
Other statutory and voluntary organisations
Quality housing and social care services
